A good percentage of our business is referrals from Real Estate Agents. We have developed a program to ensure the maximum in service and mutually beneficial business referral and income growth opportunities; we call this program “Preferred Partner Program”.
Some of the many benefits of membership include:
1. Referrals: Along with our innovative consumer direct marketing campaigns, we receive loan applications frequently from prospects that are referred to us from friends, neighbors, local businesses, people surfing the net who are relocating to the Washington, DC Metro area, etc. Often those applicants are interested in being pre‐approved before they begin the process of looking for a home. At application, we ask them if they are currently working with a Real Estate Professional.

Once pre‐approved, we will refer them to our Preferred Partners if these clients require the services of a Real Estate Professional. This program, therefore, generates business for us both.
2. Services Provided: We are unique in the mortgage industry in that we provide marketing services to Both Buyer’s Agents and Listing Agents who are our Preferred Partners. Not only can these services assist Buyer’s Agents by providing them with pre‐approved clients, it can also shorten the listing times of homes represented by our Preferred Partner Listing Agents, as well as eliminate a large percentage of time and aggravation spent on unqualified potential buyers.
In addition to the services we provide our Realtor Preferred Partners, we also help them retain loyal past clients through our Client Retention Contact Program, therefore increasing their monthly business and income.
