Contrary to popular belief, a long‐term relationship with the client begins with the closing. When a client realizes that every stage of the mortgage transaction has been handled in a manner that results in the highest degree of client satisfaction possible, we have been successful in earning their trust. That level of trust experienced by the consumer translates into referrals. This is done in three strategic steps:
1. Analyzing the client’s current financial situation (where they are now). Through the interview process, we establish their priorities, regarding their future financial wishes (where they want to be). Then we match their current financial situation and future financial wishes with a mortgage strategy that is tailor-made to help them achieve their goals as it guides them on the road to where they want to be, that best aligns with the client’s lifestyle.
2. Once the client has been advised and chosen a mortgage strategy, we strive to expeditiously close the transaction with the least amount of inconvenience.
3. Once the loan closes, that is when the job truly begins. We have developed a Client Retention Contact Program. Our mortgage consultants will contact our clients on a regular basis, advising them on how to best help themselves overcome their challenges. This level of continuing consultation serves to add true value to their relationship. The goal of this program is to provide the client with continued access to the financial tools to improve their well-being.
